One of the nation’s top recruiting prospect for the class of 2014, the junior Starks already has scholarship offers from the likes of powers Oklahoma and Texas. Last year, Starks was a regular — and a force — in Gorman’s secondary while doubling at running back. In 2011, the 6-foot, 200-pound Starks rushed for 657 yards and 10 touchdowns on 52 carries.
