Second-year school Desert Oasis made a simple goal before the season — reach the playoffs.

Week after week, it’s beginning to look more likely that the Diamondbacks can do it. They improved to 4-2 Friday night with a 32-13 victory against Clark.

“I think our team is getting there,” Desert Oasis coach Faron Seibel said. “As long as we continue to play well, we’re going to get to the playoffs and hopefully do some damage there. That would be a huge accomplishment.”

C.J. Hunt led the Diamondbacks with both a rushing and receiving touchdown. Clark now stands at 3-4
