Compare Cheyenne High School with other teams

Cheyenne has two of Southern Nevada's most sought after college prospects in linebacker Damien Proby and lineman Jeremiah Tofaeono. Add to the mix tailback Terrence Brison and the Desert Shields will always be a factor in the Northwest Division.

Last year, with the same trio leading the way, Cheyenne led eventual state champion Bishop Gorman 16-0 in the Sunrise Regional semifinals before falling 43-16.

"I think this is a prime year for us to win state," Brison said.
