Austyn Wallace scored four touchdowns as Spring Valley routed host Pahrump Valley 49-9.

“We started off a little sloppy but got it done,” said Spring Valley coach Marcus Teal.

Brandon Lopez and Nick Santos each caught touchdown passes for the Grizzlies.

Clark travels to Spring Valley next week in a game that will decide who grabs the No. 4 seed in the Southwest Division.

“We harped on how we have to play better going into a big week,” Teal said. “I think it’s a good test to see how we respond to that. Are we going to practice like we really want it or like our season is already over?”
