Rapper Too Short was arrested about 4 a.m. Thursday for driving under the influence and possessing less than an ounce of marijuana, Metro Police said today.
Too Short, also known as Todd Anthony Shaw, 43, was also accused of not having a required turn signal and driving 11 to 15 mph above the speed limit, police said.
He was arrested in downtown Las Vegas at Casino Center Drive and Hoover Avenue.
Shaw was booked into the Las Vegas Jail. Born in Los Angeles on April 28, 1966, Shaw splits his time between Atlanta and Las Vegas.
It's not the first time Shaw has been arrested in Las Vegas. The Nevada Highway Patrol charged him with DUI and speeding in June.

How can doing ANYTHING in Las Vegas be illegal due to alcohol when there is more alcohol flowing in the city than water?
He needs to SUE the courts for millions; they sent him to the 12-Step Religious Cult for his last DUI a few months back, and the "Higher Power" NEVER SAVED HIM from alcohol; it's not his fault, he's POWERLESS according to the 12-Step Religious Cult he was MANDATED TO ATTEND!
