Leila Navidi
Tom Kunick's inspiration for this otherworldly take on a classic mojito came from the opal basil he found on a trip to a local farmer's market. The deep-purple herb helps match the cocktail to the resort's color scheme, and while its complementary ingredients are quite familiar (Bacardi rum, lime juice, simple syrup and soda water), its taste is anything but.
