I realize that state revenues have been down courtesy of the recession, but would someone please explain to me why, on a car with new registration cost of $33, the Basic Government Services Tax is almost 10 times higher ($321)?
Jesse James at least had a mask and a gun. When are they going to be issued to the Department of Motor Vehicles?
