America is the land of plenty, the land of milk and honey — for some but not for all.
The article on the amount of food Miki Sudo ate on May 11 is pure gluttony, whether it’s competitive eating or not.
We have so many children and families who don’t have enough food.
I truly believe the sponsors of these competitive eating contests should donate the same amount in money or food that was spent on the contests to food pantries or other food distribution centers.
