I hope everyone is taking articles regarding water and Lake Mead seriously. Pat Mulroy has led the Southern Nevada Water Authority in becoming perhaps the most highly respected and astute water agency dealing with water futures. While she can guide us through the political processes associated with water management and Colorado River distributions, she cannot create additional water. Conserving water and using it strategically are our responsibility.
