With the Las Vegas Wranglers in Florida for Games 3 to 5 of the Kelly Cup Finals against the Everblades, Scooter’s Pub, 6200 S. Rainbow Blvd., is hosting a viewing party for all three of the team’s road games.
The championship series is tied at a game apiece with Game No. 3 at 4:30 p.m. Friday at Germain Arena in Estero, Fla. Games No. 4 and 5 will be played Tuesday and Wednesday at the same time.
Scooter’s will be broadcasting the road games on six large-screen televisions using a broadband connection from America One Sports. They are offering a happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., featuring half-price select appetizers and half-price domestic beer as well as discounted house wine and well drinks.
Scooter’s has attracted around 200 Wranglers fans per viewing party during the playoffs, according to pub officials.
Fans can also view Kelly Cup Final games online at www.americaonesports.com for a charge of $8 per game.
If necessary, Games 6 and 7 will be played on May 25 and 26 back in Las Vegas at the Orleans Arena. The Wranglers are pursuing their first Kelly Cup championship after losing to Cincinnati in six games in the 2008 Finals.
