Las Vegas Sun sports reporters Ray Brewer and Case Keefer are back to talk about high school football leading into this week. They discuss the recent problems with special teams and break down their weekly picks.

Quarterback Austin Turley completed 12 of 14 passes for 177 yards and three touchdowns in the Centennial High football team’s 48-7 victory against host Faith Lutheran.
The Centennial offense, which is predominantly a rushing attack, finally hit its stride in the passing department.
“We have to be balanced,” Centennial coach Leon Evans said. “We just can’t line up in the I-formation and pound it at you.”
Coby Newton had three touchdowns for Centennial, carrying the ball 14 times for 82 yards and two touchdowns and catching a 34-yard touchdown pass. Cody Milford led the Bulldogs in receiving with seven catches for 87 yards and a touchdown.
Also, leading rusher Jacobi Owens had 19 carries for 72 yards and a touchdown.
