Del Sol handles Valley, 49-19

Team pages

Del Sol High’s Chris Marshall rushed for about 200 yards and four touchdowns Saturday in a 49-19 victory against visiting Valley.

Senior running back and linebacker Keith Hill had a solid game on both sides of the ball, including scoring a touchdown, Del Sol coach Preston Goroff said.

“We are just trying to get a little better each week. I think we got that tonight,” Goroff said.

Quarterback Troy Miller added a touchdown pass for the Dragons, which have won their last two games after dropping the season opener to Durango.

Valley fell to 0-3.
