Las Vegas Sun reporters Case Keefer and Ray Brewer break down the first week of high school football games and look ahead to this Friday's gridiron action.
Rancho High junior quarterback William Gosse-Gardet accounted for four touchdowns Friday night in leading the Rams to a 32-0 victory against host Sierra Vista.
Goose-Gardet had two throwing and running scores, and Cody Hafen added a 51-yard touchdown run.
One week after losing 42-7 to Arbor View, the Rams were able to earn their first win of the season.
“Our kids executed a lot better today,” Rancho coach Elvin Dick said. “We tell the kids everyday that they have to execute no matter who they are playing against.”
