The Cherry Pool at Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa
Formerly the Cherry Pool, the Red Rock Cabana Club will resume operations next to the existing Red Rock Resort Pool early this May, with pool parties open to the public Saturdays and Sundays.
The neighboring Cherry Nightclub shut its doors January 3 after four years of operation by nightlife impresario Rande Gerber's Midnight Oil company, then later by Station Casinos itself. A new concept is expected to take Cherry's place, though no timeline has been set.
Live DJs once again will grace the Cabana Club decks, bangin' out the tunes for the pool deck's cabanas and daybeds beneath the swaying palms; reservations are welcomed at 702-797-7180. The popular Red Rock Retreat industry sleepover series, however, will not be returning with the 2010 pool season.
Red Rock Casino also will welcome Vegas' second Yard House installation Sunday, June 6 in the former Salt Lick Barbeque location.
