Death investigation
The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified a man found dead in the back of a truck Thursday as 28-year-old Robert Wagner Jr. of Las Vegas.
Police spokesman Bill Cassell said officers received a call shortly before 2 p.m. that a man was found dead in a truck near South Durango Drive and West Ford Avenue. The location is about a half-mile north of Durango's intersection with Blue Diamond Road.
The coroner’s office said the man’s cause of death is pending. More details about the case haven’t been released, but Metro homicide detectives were called to the scene Thursday.
