Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009 | 6:17 p.m.
Metro Police homicide detectives are investigating what authorities say appears to be a murder-suicide in the northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley.
Officers were sent this afternoon to a residence on Willowbrook Court near West Charleston Boulevard and Fort Apache Road for a welfare check, police said. Authorities found two people dead inside.
The Clark County Coroner's Office will release the identities of the people and cause of death, police said.

Seems everyday we here of one of these. Better be careful who you live with they may wanna commit suicide and take you with them. Only in Vegas baby!!
It is rather scary and disturbing that a rash of murder-suicides are happening. But contrary to your statement, it's not only in Vegas. I think you were just trying to be facetious?
But is this really happening elsewhere with the same frequency?
