A man who police say shot a woman earlier this month in North Las Vegas before turning the gun on himself has died.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on Sept. 5, officers were dispatched to a home in the 4900 block of Rancho Domingo Court regarding a domestic disturbance.
They found a 38-year-old North Las Vegas woman, Maria Herrera, who had apparently died of multiple gunshot wounds, police said. A 46-year-old man from Cibolo, Texas, was in critical condition with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said. He has since died as a result of his injuries. His name wasn't released Wednesday morning.
A 16-year-old girl who was in the house was not injured, police said.
Police said a preliminary investigation indicates the shooter and the female victim had a previous relationship and a child in common — not the teen in the home at the time.

It's not good. first of all he was my friend and she took him for everything he had. he was a good man and that woman did damage to him mentally. Im not saying it's right but no one really knows what he went through. Her family doesnt know the story. They only knew what she told them.
