Metro Police today said they are seeking two men who robbed a bar about 6:40 a.m. Sunday in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The men walked into a bar near Lake Mead Drive and Tenaya Way pretending to be customers, ordering food and drinks, police said.

One man then brandished a handgun, ordering the bartender and a cook to the rear of the business as the second man was as lookout, police said.

The two then fled with cash from the register.

The first man is described as a black man, 5-foot-10-inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with short hair, a medium build, thin mustache and wearing gold metal-framed glasses. He has a gap in his front teeth and was wearing a green coat, black pants and shoes. He was armed with a handgun.

The second is described as a black man, 6-foot-1-inch tall, weighing 180 pounds with short, cropped hair, a thin build, medium complexion and wearing a light blue and orange baseball cap, orange plaid button shirt and blue pants.

Anyone with information about these two men is asked to call Metro's Robbery Section at (702) 828-3591, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.
