Fire investigators say that an electrical problem caused a fire that killed two women in their mobile home on Saturday.
The home at 4714 N. Kenny Way is a complete loss estimated at $130,000, says Capt. Cedric Williams of the North Las Vegas Fire Department.
A total of 29 firefighters from North Las Vegas and Las Vegas fire departments responded to the blaze at 12:37 a.m. Saturday, five minutes after the home's owner called for help.
The two women who died in the fire have not been identified, Williams says. One died at the scene and another was taken to a local hospital where she later died. Two pets also died in the fire.
