A day-long strike outside the MGM Mirage's CityCenter ended Tuesday afternoon when officials representing union construction workers reached an agreement with Perini Building Co. concerning improved safety measures. "The winners are the workers," said Steve Ross, head of the Southern Nevada Building and Construction Trades Council.
