Getting an early start on the holiday, North Las Vegans celebrated their ninth annual Independence Day Jubilee on Wednesday, July 3, in James Seastrand Park. Residents enjoyed a far-ranging list of family fun and festivities, from free ice cream, to the always-popular fireworks show. (Length: 3:33)
