Wow, @ Robert Duggan: what the hell is a "race based" person? Did your forty years of unfailing management experience clearly did nothing for your near-illiteracy. Should I also mention the fact that to the vast majority of the world's population, including a great deal of Americans, the name "Duggan" sounds as equally made up as Shalundra. It would have been great getting my $3 an hour from you back in the day. Hope the kids spat in your Coke.

Sheldon Adelson has donated $100 million so that Jewish kids can take trips to Israel. If he did half that for the whole community, or saved a bit of the cash he wasted on the idiotic campaign for Newt, we'd have a new science center and more. Of course, it would be a bit much to expect these casino tycoons to do anything for Vegas other than build a hotel and talk about all the wonderful low-paid service jobs they're creating.

So its millions for a hot coffee spill but less than 200 grand for FIVE kicks to the HEAD of a man going into a DIABETIC COMA. This is insane. The cops in this town are out of control. Why is that thug who kicked this man still on the force? He could EASILY have killed him. Even if he had been drunk, what possible justification is there for doing what he did? And why is this story only emerging now? Who covered it up for all this time? We should be looking very closely at Andy Hafen and demanding his resignation too. I hope now that people who scoff at the complaints of ethnic minorities who say they are frequently the targets of police abuse are likely to think again. If a middle aged white guy in a diabetic coma (the son of a trooper!) can get treated like this, then imagine what it's like being young and black or hispanic. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting.

Wow, this guy's amorality is astonishing. Innocent North Korean children are starved to death, their country plundered, political opposition murdered and he brags about how much money he made at a casino venture built to profit the Dear Leader. What a scumbag.
