Really Willow. Cease and desist right now or Mr. Jacobs the writer will be forced to find an online dictionary to learn how to spell harassment correctly. Not to mention a lawyer he can't afford to sue you for a law you haven't broken. No one wants that. So not only should you cease and desist, but you can avoid all legal consequences by paying his rent for the next few months by making your check payable to his girlfriend the freelance editor and administrator who will be responsible to the IRS. You have been warned.

One sided discussions appear to be Mr. Jacobs' specialty, and it's obvious which side the Las Vegas Sun is on. I get that they like the attention to the website for advertising purposes, but why help these people ask for donations under false pretenses? No one in town has money to spare right now.

I can hear the rustling sounds of a million Las Vegans pulling out their checkbooks...or maybe that was birds scratching on the bottoms of their cages. I hope no one will fall for it again.

With all due respect MrSmokestoomuch, I do take him at his word. In his blogs (linked to by others in these comments), he writes extensively about his daily alcohol and drug use. I also stumbled onto some other discrepancies between what he has written here and there that led me to form this opinion, but my best wishes for his future enlightenment and recovery are sincere. He doesn't need anyone to make excuses for him; he does that plenty well on his own. The truth is what will set him free.
