Carlos 'N Charlie's is a Mexican grill in the Flamingo that offers a wide variety of authentic favorites, such as tacos, burritos, chimichangas, enchiladas and fajitas. And there's a make-your-own guacamole cart that travels around the restaurant. A selection of American favorites such as Chipotle barbecue ribs, burgers and spicy chicken wings is also available.
The setting is fun and relaxed, with outdoor seating available. Guests can dance to the tunes of the '70s, '80s and the current hits.
The bar features margaritas, sangria and signatures cocktails, including the Paloma, a tequila-based libation with grapefruit soda topped off with a salt-rimmed glass.
