Humberto and Mariana, who requested their last names be left out of the story, stand with their twin daughters and a citation received while they sold mexican street snacks near the Richard J. Rundle elementary school off Riata Way and Copper Road. It’s the first citation they’ve received in nine years of vending, and more restrictions are coming for southern Nevada’s street vendors, on Monday, April 10, 2024.
