The Genting Group, a Malasia-based conglomerate, announces plans for Resorts World Las Vegas, a multibillion dollar resort project to be built on the site of the stalled Echelon project, during news conference at Steelman Design in Las Vegas, Nevada Monday, March 4, 2013.
