Rattlecan

Rattlecan is the latest restaurant venture from Chef Sam “Sammy D” DeMarco. Sammy D is known in Las Vegas for First Food & Bar inside the Palazzo. The Rattlecan will be a burger bar located inside and outside of the Venetian with Strip access and gondola views. The interior design is a collaboration with designer Antonio Ballatore and the pair has commissioned 10 street artists to adorn the restaurant with their graffiti works. The Rattlecan is set to open in mid-October and will feature, among other things, shots of Jameson with pickle juice and a large mechanical pickle that patrons can ride.
