Tommy Bell is the founder of SalonShare.com, a Las Vegas company that gives commissions to stylists that recommend products to their customers. The company also offers a calendar App for email and text appointment reminders. Bell says says it can be quite hard for companies to get start-up financing, largely because there is a small number of local tech investors.
