Balloons are dropped from a balcony during the 7th day of the 12 days of Christmas in the Monte Lago Village at Lake Las Vegas Monday, December 18, 2011. A “swan” attached to each balloon holds play money that represents a charitable donation. The donations went to DJ’s Community Christian Academy, St. Judes and Boys Town. In12Days is a volunteer-based project aiming to bring the 12 days of Christmas to unsuspecting people in the Las Vegas Valley.
