- Hills hottie Heidi Montag celebrated her lavish 22nd birthday bash at the new Christian Audigier nightclub at Treasure Island –- and longtime boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, was right on hand-to-hand to ensure the night was one long special occasion. The happy loving twosome first dined upstairs at the Social House sushi spot and afterwards walked the red carpet posing for photos and singing autographs for a mob of excited fans. Inside the club Heidi and Spencer got the crowd to toast with their Patron Silver to another successful year of the hit Hills reality series.

- Serge Denoncourt is Believe’s co-writer and director, and although he has 80 major productions on his resume, at age 18 he was planning on a medical career. But then he decided to audition for a college theater program, was accepted and on his 1983 graduation decided to become an actor. Four years later he directed his first piece and from that point on he was cooked on the behind-the-scenes creativity and challenges.

- Luxe Life can officially confirm that the Cirque du Soleil $150-million Criss Angel spectacular Believe has moved its gala premiere to Halloween, Oct. 31. Previews will go ahead to start Sept. 26 as we reported after a third staging delay moved the originally hoped-for August dates. The premiere had been reset for Oct. 10 last time around.

- For a second time, Mindfreak magician Criss Angel has had to postpone the preview openings of his new Cirque du Soleil Believe spectacular. No sooner did I write earlier this morning that he was into his final two weeks of rehearsals before previews begin a week from Friday that news of yet another delay slipped out. Instead of now beginning on Sept. 12, it's been pushed back to Sept. 26 -- but I am assured the grand opening night remains in place for Oct. 10
