Rock in Rio, the multiple-day event in Rio, Lisbon and Madrid billed as the world’s largest music festival, has featured headliners Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Bruce Springsteen, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Muse and Alice in Chains.

Reality TV star Coco Austin (“Ice Loves Coco”) says that her new dance ensemble is a naughty burlesque show with seven vivacious dancers she’s named “Coco & the Vanity Vixens.” She opens in New York on May 12 and is aiming for a Las Vegas home to return to the Strip.

Executive producers Barry Adelman and R.A Clark and Jack Sussman, CBS exec, said it’s a feud of five made for Las Vegas: “Our two hosts, Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan, are up against each other, but then Blake’s wife, Miranda Lambert, could topple both of them.”
The 550-foot-tall High Roller observation wheel turns in the evening Monday, March 31, 2014. The observation wheel, the tallest in the world, is part of the Linq project, a $550 million development by Caesars Entertainment Corp.  The ride is now open to the public.

At 550 feet, the High Roller is the world’s largest observation wheel. There are 28 pods, or cabins, that hold as many as 40 passengers, for a 30-minute ride. I’m afraid of heights, but each cabin is comfortable, relaxing and cool (let’s hope this holds up in summer).
