Metro Police said they were investigating a shooting without injuries late this morning in the west Las Vegas Valley.
The shooting was reported about 11:25 am. in the 7900 block of Lonette Avenue, police said. No injuries were reported, police said.
Metro advised people to avoid the area because of the heavy police presence.
No additional details were released.
