Both drivers killed in wrong-way head-on crash in Las Vegas

Both drivers were killed in a head-on collision Sunday morning, according to a Nevada State Police news release.

Police state that at about 6:40 a.m., a 2012 Hyundai Elantra was traveling the wrong way on I-11 near mile marker 12, when it hit a Ford Escape, causing both drivers to be ejected from their vehicles.

The drivers of both vehicles were pronounced dead at the scene.
