A man was killed in a shooting early Wednesday in Downtown Las Vegas, according to a Metro Police news release.
At about 1 a.m., officers found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound while responding to a reported shooting in the 300 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard. Arriving medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
An investigation indicated the victim was involved in an altercation with two men before he was shot. Both suspects fled on foot before the officers’ arrival, the release stated.
Police have not yet identified any suspects, who remain at large.
