A man was fatally shot during a drug deal in Las Vegas on Sunday evening, according to a Metro Police news release.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting near East Charleston Boulevard and North 28th Street at about 8 p.m. Sunday. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound inside a vehicle near an apartment complex, the release stated.
Police believe the victim had arranged a meeting with two others for a drug transaction, when he was shot. Both suspects fled on foot from the area before officers arrived, the release stated.
Police did not identify any suspects in the case.
