Makhai Donaldson rushed for 119 yards on nine carries, and Alonzo Balderrama and Trey Partch each passed for a touchdown tonight for the Arbor View football team in a 17-6 win over visiting Silverado.
Kamareion Bell and Christian Cypher had receiving touchdowns for the Aggies, who host Shadow Ridge next week in the playoff opener.
Defensively, Christian Thatcher forced and recovered a fumble, and Damien Dixon had an interception. Jeau Vinatieri added a field goal.
Coach Matt Gerber said his defense played a strong game, especially with Arbor View working most of the night to find a rhythm offensively.
The Aggies enter the playoffs without several expected contributors who have been lost for the season with injury, including the starting quarterback.
