Sencere Mitchell had a pair of rushing touchdowns tonight for the Bonanza football team in a 21-0 victory against Del Sol to finish the regular season.
The Bengals conclude with a 4-4 record, equaling their combined win total from the past four seasons. They’ll host Cheyenne in a playoff game next week.
“The kids have been working,” coach Keith Jones said. “It’s been a fun ride. It’s a really fun group to coach.”
Rory Dean scored the other touchdown for Bonanza.
