A new casino bar Polaris debuted today at Green Valley Resort in Henderson, the first of many upgrades planned this year for the Henderson property. The Station Casinos resort also refreshed its pool area with updated cabanas, daybeds, chaise lounges, umbrellas and cafe seating area, new dining options will also take over the space previously occupied by the buffet for a restaurant row, including Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill expanding to the resort. A new casino bar, Polaris, debuted today at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, the first of many upgrades planned this year for the Henderson property, officials said.
The Station Casinos resort also refreshed its pool area with updated cabanas, daybeds, chaise lounges, umbrellas and café seating area, officials said.
The property originally opened in 2001.
“Over the next few months our guests are going to see Green Valley Ranch transform in a major way,” said Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager of Green Valley Ranch in a statement.
New dining options will take over the space previously occupied by the buffet for a restaurant row, including Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill expanding to the resort. Officials say it’s a locals favorite at Red Rock Resort, their property in Summerlin.
Blue Ribbon will also open a separate all-new Mediterranean concept in an open-concept kitchen. The buffet has been closed since the property shuttered during pandemic closures in 2020.
The enhancements will also bring a high limit table games room with 10 games — including single zero roulette, double deck blackjack — a dedicated casino cage.
