A homeless man was fatally stabbed today during an altercation in North Las Vegas, according to city police.
The incident was reported about 1 a.m. in the 3700 block of Owens Avenue, police said.
Officers found a 43-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The suspect left the scene before officers arrived, police said.
The investigation is ongoing, police said, and no additional details were released.
