A woman whose body was found in the southeast valley Friday afternoon was stabbed to death, according to Metro Police.
A preliminary investigation determined that the death of the woman, who was only described as being in her 50s, might've been domestic-violence related, Metro Lt. Dan McGrath said.
Police were called about 2:30 p.m. to the 5500 block of Hobble Creek Drive, near East Russell Road and South Nellis Boulevard, officer Jesse Roybal said.
No arrests had been announced by about 7:45 p.m.
