LOS ANGELES — A judge set another hearing in Lindsay Lohan's reckless driving criminal case after a prosecutor questioned whether the actress had completed her community service in London.
Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White on Wednesday raised concerns about whether Lohan completed 240 hours of community service as a London volunteer organization stated in court documents.
White said he had not attempted to verify Lohan's hours. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard Stone set a hearing for Feb. 18 to allow White time to investigate his claims.
Lohan's lawyer Shawn Holley presented documents at Wednesday's hearing stating Lohan had completed her community service sentence. White said the records showed Lohan did 80 hours in nine days, all while the actress was receiving treatment for an illness.
Holley said all the hours were completed and were up to standards.
