It may not be Michelin starred, but Anchor Bar the East Coast eatery that invented buffalo wings is the latest culinary trailblazer to set up shop in Las Vegas.
The Buffalo, N.Y.-based restaurant, which created the famed wing style in 1964, plans to expand its franchise to Las Vegas in June with a location at the Venetian. The Anchor Bar currently has locations in Williamsville, New York and Ontario, Canada.
Las Vegas-based recruitment firm Epicurian Strategic Partners helped facilitate the new location. The company recently helped bring Gelato Messina and Ribs & Burgers to Downtown Summerlin.
Anchor Bar is currently hiring for its new Las Vegas location, including for a general manager position. Interested candidates should click on this link to contact them by email.
