An inmate at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center was found dead in his cell Sunday in a possible suicide, according to the state Department of Corrections.
Timothy Eric Seibel, 50, was serving a 19-month to four-year sentence for battery causing substantial bodily harm, according to a Department of Corrections media release.
He was incarcerated in December 2013 and released on parole, but he reentered Department of Corrections custody in September on a parole violation, the release said.
An autopsy will be conducted by the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Coroner's Office, the release said.
