Skateboarding Accident
The Clark County coroner's office has identified the teen that died in a skate boarding accident Sunday afternoon.
Michael Vaughn, 16, was riding a longboard through a concrete wash with a friend behind the Palm Hills community. Henderson Police received a call at about 4 p.m. reporting that Vaughn had hit a rock, crashed, and hit his head.
Vaughn died of blunt head trauma. He was pronounced dead at Rose Dominican Hospital - Rose De Lima campus.
