Crash
A Henderson Police motorcycle officer collided with a car today on Sunset Road near Green Valley Parkway.
Police responded to the crash about 10:20 a.m. Officer Marcus Hudson was traveling east on Sunset Road when a driver changing lanes hit him, city of Henderson spokesman Keith Paul said. The collision caused Hudson to lose control of the motorcycle and fall, Paul said.
Hudson was transported to a local hospital with injuries that were not life threatening, he said.
The collision remains under investigation.
