A teen charged with murder in the death of his older brother is not mentally competent to stand trial, a Clark County District Court judge ruled this morning.

Judge Linda Bell ordered Turner Bronson, 15, to undergo treatment at a mental health facility in Sparks, court spokeswoman Mary Ann Price said. He may eventually be considered mentally fit for trial.

Bronson shot his brother Clayton Bronson in the head on May 22 because he was tired of his nagging, Metro Police said.

According to a Metro arrest report, the brothers had been fighting for months because Clayton Bronson kept telling his sibling that he needed to get his life together.
