City View Park
A car was found in a pond today at City View Park in North Las Vegas.
North Las Vegas Police responded about 6:20 a.m. to the park near Cheyenne Avenue and Commerce Street.
Officers arrived to find a Toyota Camry in the pond, police spokeswoman Chrissie Coon said.
Police were working to determine if anyone was inside the car, but evidence suggests the occupants may have fled after the car hit the water, Coon said. Police were working to remove the car.
