A Las Vegas limousine company owner has pleaded guilty to a federal racketeering charge in a case that prosecutors say involved a multimillion-dollar prostitution, drug trafficking and fraud scheme.
CLS Transportation chief Charles Horky pleaded guilty Thursday before U.S. District Judge Robert C. Jones in what defense lawyer David Chesnoff says is a bid for a lenient prison sentence.
The 54-year-old Horky could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine at sentencing April 16.
U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden says Horky agreed to forfeit some $5.2 million to the government.
Five other people have also pleaded guilty, including three CLS executives, two limousine drivers and a man who admits supplying illegal drugs to the organization.
Two other limousine drivers and an accused drug supplier are awaiting trial.
