Authorities have identified a man who was fatally shot at a Las Vegas apartment complex after an argument with a neighbor.
Clark County coroner's officials say 28-year-old David Hernandez died of a gunshot wound to the chest after the Friday evening confrontation on East Sunrise Avenue. That's near Eastern and Stewart avenues.
Police say two neighbors got were arguing over a prior dispute when the fight escalated to a shooting.
The suspect fled to a nearby apartment but was later arrested on suspicion of murder and making a false statement to obstruct an officer.
Police identified the suspect as 30-year-old Las Vegas resident Daniel Kelly.
