This is hindsight, but it could have helped had it been in place prior to the August recess afforded to Congress:
All members of Congress, along with President Barack Obama’s entire Cabinet, should have been required to take home the entire 2,700-page Affordable Care Act. They should have been required to fully read and understand this law. Upon returning to Washington, a complete examination would have been given. Any who failed the examination would be subject to full public exposure.
